Nous recherchons pour notre client, filiale française d’un groupe international spécialiste de la gestion d’actifs technologiques, un Coordinateur Marketing & Communication h/f pour la France (poste basé à La Défense).

Le Poste

Your role will be to further develop our client market position, based on its corporate strategy, functional targets and budgets, and implement strategic marketing & communication activities in France.

Main tasks :

  • Identify / gather marketing & communication needs and requests.
  • Develop and update France marketing & communication strategy on a regular basis.
  • Define France marketing budget with the Head of Communications (Germany) and the VP Sales France. Manage local budgeting and controlling.
  • Analyze marketing & communication of competitors.
  • Play an active part in France sales meetings & quarterly update calls with Group & France teams.
  • Work with local suppliers on marketing and media materials and coordinate translations.

Corporate marketing :

  • Implement, update and strengthen corporate brand elements.
  • Create local content for social media, local website in consultation with Group Communications and Marketing, Sales and Service organizations.
  • Coordinate charity activities and brand management aspects.
  • Manage employer branding activities, in consultation with HR functions.
  • Develop a France event strategy and manage / coordinate events in France in line with corporate event branding.

Product marketing :

  • Give feedback on new products / solutions.
  • Adapt and deliver contents for brochures, presentations, social media posts and website etc.
  • Create and realize campaigns and success stories for France in accordance with Group activities.

Media Relations :

  • Adapt and publish articles in IT magazines (advertorials).
  • Translate and localize press releases.
  • Media Planning and budgeting.

Active editorial support for internal Communications.

You report to the VP of Sales France and the Head of Communications & Marketing based in Germany.

Profil recherché

Vous êtes de formation marketing supérieure (bac +5), et vous possédez une expérience probante (au moins 3/5 ans) sur un poste similaire dans un contexte international.

Vous êtes agile, flexible, pragmatique, et vous avez un très bon niveau de communication aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral en français et en anglais.
